I believe that creating these delightful experiences relies on the secret sauce of three critical ingredients. First, employees must be able to tangibly envision their personal growth in order to push themselves beyond conventional expectations and deliver on your shared mission. Next, problem sets must be fully understood and researched in order to appropriately innovate beyond conventional solutions as well as deliver technically appropriate results. Finally, the best products must be developed in accordance with measured prioritization of innovation against revenue potential in order to capitalize on the full growth opportunity.
